Anyway, here's some work-in-progress shots of Fenced In (apologies for the scruffy basting threads that I haven't yet removed!):
And a little one of my charm quilt. I am about two-thirds of the way round the next "ring":
And I have added borders to Harry's name banner. Next job to get this quilted, which I will probably do by machine:
And yes, I have been continuing with the ICAD Challenge. I have even been following prompts from Tammy. Here's "scissors":
And this one's "zebra" (although it does look somewhat like a stripy cow I know!):
I think I may tackle "pineapple" next :-)
You do keep busy! Hand sewing is not my thing. I don't have the patience for it but maybe that's because I'm so bad at it. The fenced in quilt looks great.
ReplyDeleteI think your zebra is cute!
I love hand-sewing, but you're right, it's slow! Hard to show progress when it takes so long, lol. I LOVE Fenced In, your hand stitching is just great, girl! What a neat project. The charm quilt is darling too. And you know I love those name banners....love the Cut It Out, and your chubby zebra!
ReplyDeleteGlad to see you're keeping busy :-)
ReplyDeleteLove love love those houses.
You have lots of work to show! I'm so impressed by the patience you show in your hand-stitching.
ReplyDeleteI think your hand stitching is wonderful! You've got a nice touch with it, and I love your houses.
ReplyDeleteThe hexies are looking good too.
Love your "Cut it Out" card!
